A Site is the server that the HotFolder is connected to in FileCatalyst. You need to download the details of the sites using the Download Sites button. The sites details are downloaded in XML format.

Click Large File Transfer to open the Download Files & Folders page.

In the Allow FileCatalyst TransferAgent dialog box, select Download or Launch to download or launch the FileCatalyst TransferAgent.

If you have performed any upload or download operation in the current session, the Allow FileCatalyst TransferAgent dialog box is not displayed.

If you are using the FileCatalyst TransferAgent for the first time, click Download.

Click Download Sites.

You use the Sites XML file in the Sites section of the HotFolder application to access the servers to which you want to transfer files.

If there has been any change in your account details, such as your password, it is recommended that you download the Sites XML file again and use this new XML file in the HotFolder application.
