In the Request Journal tab, you can view the request history for the user. The Journal includes case, request details for a user specific to the case.

Click the estate ID or estate name on Estate Users page.

Select the user request in the action pane.

Click the Request Journal tab in the properties pane to view the history of the selected user request.
The Request Journal tab appears only for completed user requests.
