Import a New File

1. Login to the Smart Cloud Portal and click Import & Export.

   

2. Click the folder where you want to import files.

   

3. Click Add Files.

   

4. Click Select Files to import files.

   

5. Select the required file and click Open.

   

6. Click Upload.

   

   The uploading process begins.

   

   The files get uploaded.

   

You can delete only one file at a time by selecting the file and clicking Delete File.

Download a File or Folder

1. Navigate to the required folder and select one or more files you wish to download.

2. Click Download Files.

   To download the folder, select complete folder from the left panel and select Download Folder.

3. Select Yes at the prompt.

   The download process begins.

   You can either open the file or save it.

• You can only select files from one folder at a time.

• You cannot download the My Shares or Scratchpad folders.
