From the Azure portal, search and select the enterprise application for which you want to restart the provisioning.

Click Provisioning.

Click Restart Provisioning.

You must restart the provisioning only if there are changes to one or more of the following provisioning details:

Admin Credentials such as Tenant URL or Secret Token

Provisioning Mode.

Restarting provisioning takes about 40 minutes to complete. While the restart is in progress, the enterprise application data such as the Groups and Users is unavailable.

Once the restart is complete, the data is available only after the next automatic provisioning.
