A case number is a Named User Case Sheet number, which is automatically generated when a set of user requests are submitted for processing. You can view user requests using the options Case Number, All, or None. When you select a user in the action pane, based on the status of the user request, the following information appears:

Active and In progress: User Information and Request Status

Closed: User Information, Request Status, and Request Journal

No Case Number: User Information and Request Journal

Click the estate ID or estate name on Estate Users page to display the estate details.

Select one of the following options from the Case Number drop-down as required:

Case Number: To view the user request associated with the case number.

All: To view all the submitted user requests for an estate.

None: To view all the user requests that do not belong to any case number.

Select a user request in the grid to view the request details such as user name and company name in the properties pane.

To view the user name and company name for a user request, select the user request in the Action pane. The user name and company name are shown in the header of the Properties pane.
