Azure Active Directory is currently supported as part of Customer IDP Integrations.

Customer IDP Integration is applicable only for SDx for the current release.

The default values for Country and City Mapping attributes must be same as the Estate Admin Company values in the following scenarios:

If the user information does not include Country/City information.

If the user information includes either Country or City information (only one of the value).

Invalid Country or City values are provided.

In case an invalid phone number is provided then the system considers the user phone number to be null.

Customer Security Groups in Smart Cloud Portal must not be modified once the provisioning is enabled at the customer’s end.

SSO configuration of the Estate is mandatory before Customer IDP is enabled.

User should be part of only one group (role) per product. If the user is part of more than one group, the system randomly picks up one group(role).

Verify time required to onboard the user and number of users that are currently configured per NULL case.
If the number of users configured per NULL case are 50, the time required to onboard
the user is approximately 21 or 22 minutes, and the Provisioning duration is 40 minutes.
