Click Import on the Estate Users page.

Click here to download the NUL sheet template.
The NUL sheet template is downloaded to your computer.

Open the NUL sheet template and select Add from the Action list.

Type the required user details.

In the APPLICATIONS section of the NUL sheet, from the product list, select the user roles that were mapped in the Configure SPF Role Matrix screen.
If a role is not mapped in the SPF Role Matrix, the user would be onboarded to SDx
Web Client without any role and/or security code assigned.

Type/select information for the following cells:

Select Y for one of the scopes in the Scopes section of the Excel sheet:

Select a SPLM value from the SPLM Group column.

If a user is associated with an external identity provider, then type the external login name of the user in the External Login Name cell.

Save the NUL sheet template, click Select Files and then select the NUL sheet template from your local computer to upload the template.

Click Open and check the user request data.
Type all the mandatory fields in the NUL sheet such as If a cell indicates an invalid
entry, double-click the cell and type the correct information.

Click Save.

Click Submit to submit the user requests.
You can view the Submit button only if there are pending cases to be submitted. You
can view the number of pending cases in the Request Status section.

Select users that you onboarded and then click Submit.

(Optional) Click Notify to send an email notification to the users that they are onboarded successfully.
You can login to SPF application to see the role and security code assignments against
each user.
