When you select Template Structure in the MTO Option cell, the MTO Type is defined using the Requisition Template logic (pre-processor of the MTO job).

When you select Template in the MTO Option cell, the Template Details page is enabled. This page allows you to enter split criteria and requisition template criteria for the MTO Type.

When you select Balance in the MTO Option cell, the Child MTO page is enabled. This page allows you to to assign a child MTO type to the Balance MTO option.

A requisition split cannot be entered, because you need to enter the data for the requisition split criteria and the requisition template.
