  1. Select the appropriate requisition set in the Requisition Split Sets block and in the Requisition Set Details block, click Add Row.

  2. Type the name for the detail in the Detail Code cell.

  3. Enter a unique number in the Execution Seq cell and select the Where Condition from the list.

  • It is mandatory for Detail Code, Execution Seq and Where Condition to unique.

  • If the project default 'ZR_REQ_MOD' is set to 'E' then for all those Req Set Details, for which requisitions exist, update is not allowed in this block.

  • If the project default 'ZR_REQ_MOD' is set to 'W' then for all those Req Set Details, for which requisitions exist, when the user tries to modify the data in this block, an alert appears which gives him/her an option to choose from allowing the modification or disallowing it.

  • If the project default 'ZR_REQ_MOD' is set to 'I' then for all those Req Set Details, for which requisitions exist, update is allowed in this block.

  • If the user is given the privilege 'ALLOW REQ DATA MODIFICATION', then even though the project default 'ZR_REQ_MOD' is set to 'E', an alert appears when he/she tries to modify the requisition setup data, for which requisitions exist. Hence the user can choose to allow the modification or disallow it.

  • The character limit for the Detail Code has been set to 160 characters such that even the Requisition Split Criteria from MTO Jobs are accommodated.
