Run MTO job header grid

Cell

Description

New Job

To start a new MTO job, this button is used.

Run Job

To run an MTO job, this button is used.

Clean Jobs

If no requisitions are created by an MTO job. then it can be deleted using this button.

Reverse

Reverses the results of the selected MTO job.

Delete Job

Deletes all jobs that have already been run and for which no engineering requisitions no longer exist.

Copy Job

Copies an existing MTO job. This button is enabled only when there is an existing MTO job that has been created or run

MTO Job

Indicates the job name within the project

Status

Indicates the Status of the job.

Job Run Date

Date on which the job was started.

Log File

Displays the Log file of the MTO Job

View (hyperlink)

Shows the log file of an MTO job

Job Execution Statistics

Cell

Description

Job Run Date

Date on which the job was run

Job Started By

The name of the user who started the MTO job.

MTO Return Code

Status of the current MTO job.

Number of Requisitions Created

The total number of requisitions that were created

Number of Requisitions Line Items

The total number of requisitions line items that were created

Unused BOM Positions

The total number of unused BOM position in the requisition

Total Jobs

The total number of jobs that were run

Run Successfully

The total number of jobs that run successfully

Run Successfully with Warnings

The total number of jobs that were ran successfully with warnings

Failed

The total number of jobs that failed

Scheduled

The total number of jobs that were scheduled

Reversed

The total number of jobs that were reversed

View (hyperlink)

Shows the BOM Positions which are not handled by the MTO Job (disabled for Balance MTO Option)
