From the Home page, select Administration > Global Setup > Project Groups Management.

Click Add Row.

Enter the Project Group name, Short Description, and Description.
If you have the CHANGE PROJECT PASSWORD privilege, the project password is not set
automatically, but you can manually enter the password in the Password cell. In this case, please note that:

Passwords must not contain quotation marks.

Passwords are not case-sensitive.

Passwords must start with an alphabetical character.

Passwords can contain only alphanumeric characters, and the underscore (_), dollar sign ($), and pound sign (#). Oracle strongly advises against using the $ and # signs.

You cannot use any of the Oracle reserved words (for example, SELECT).
