Start a design session - Intergraph Smart 3D - Help - Hexagon

Smart 3Dx uses session files and workspaces to keep track of your settings, preferences, and the objects available in your model.

Start with an existing session file

1. Select the session file from the Menu > Recent Session Files list.

   -OR-

   Select Menu > Open (CTRL + O) , and browse to the file.

Start with a new session file

1. Double-click a template from the New Session File list to display Define Workspace Dialog.

   

2. Select the model from the Choose a Model list.

   

3. Select the filter.

   

4. Select OK.

5. Smart 3Dx starts the design session using the template and filter you selected.
