Select Place Construction Circle by Center
.The center point glyph displays next to the cursor.

Select in the model to define the center point of the circle.
The circle radius displays as a dashed line. The circle stretches from the center point to the cursor, and the edge point glyph displays next to the cursor.

Select in the model to define the edge point of the circle.
Smart 3Dx displays the circle.
While the command is active, you can press BACKSPACE to undo the last point that
you placed. After you place the final point, use Undo (CTRL + Z)
