Select Piping Tab > Quick Pipe Command to display the Quick Pipe Controls.

Select the location on the straight feature to start the bypass.

Select the location on the straight feature to end the bypass.
The software displays all possible path options based on the location of the two locations.

Select the Path Options to use.

Select the pipe run for the bypass. You can select the pipe run several ways:

Select Select to select an existing run in a graphic view or in the System hierarchy.

Select Select from P&ID to select the run from a P&ID drawing.

Select New Pipe Run to create a new pipe run to route. See Pipe Run Controls.

Select More to select a pipe run that is associated with a different pipeline parent. See Select Run Dialog.

Select a recently used pipe run from the list.

Select and edit the Depth value as required. If the dimension box does not display, select Menu > Options Dialog > General Tab > Display dynamically, or press D on your keyboard.

Complete the placement:
Select Finish or press CTRL + ENTER to save your changes and exit the command.
Select Finish and Repeat or press SHIFT + ENTER to save your changes and then restart the command using the same options.
The software places the bypass.
