Animation > ScheduleReview > Task Symbology
Allows you to change the symbology of selected tasks.

If you do not use this command to assign symbology, the Review command uses the default symbology settings (Animation > ScheduleReview > Settings).

The Task Symbology menu command is available only when you have selected a ScheduleReview task.

Click View > Project Manager (ALT+0), and then expand the ScheduleReview node.

Expand the type of ScheduleReview project you are using (MS Project or primavera).

Click the Tasks node.
The software displays the project tasks in the right-hand list view.

Select one or more tasks. You can use SHIFT+ or CTRL+ key combinations to select multiple tasks.

Right-click to select Edit > Task Symbology.

Click Animation > Schedule Review > Task Symbology. -
Select a Type of task.

Use the default Visibility value, or clear Default and turn Visibility on or off.

Use Default for Style, or clear Default and select Wireframe, Transparent, or Shaded.

Use Default for Color, or clear Default and select a specific color.

Click OK when you have finished.
If you are editing multiple tasks, the software displays a confirmation message on the number of tasks to be updated. Click OK to continue or Cancel to end the process.
