Use the Views toolbar commands to resize and update the image displays that appear within the various model views.

Activate Gradient Background displays either the default or a user-defined linear (horizontal) gradient background in the Main view and in the Renderer window. For more information, see Turn On and Off a Gradient Background.

Gradient Background Settings allows you to define a top and bottom horizontal gradient to display in the background of the Main view and in the Renderer window. For more information, see Create a Gradient Background.

Shaded/Wireframe toggles the Main view display between shaded or wireframe display modes. For more information, see Wireframe Command.

Outline toggles the Main view display between wireframe outline and shaded outline display modes. For more information, see Outline Command.

Fit View to Model displays the entire model. For more information, see Fit View to Model.

Fit View to Object adjusts the view to fit an object that you select. For more information, see Fit View to Object.

Fit View to Volume adjusts the view by volume. For more information, see Fit View to Volume.

Center View repositions the model in a view. For more information, see View by Center Point.

Eye Point Only places the selected point as the eye point position of a new location. For more information, see Place Eye Point Only.

Center Point Only displays the model from the center of the current view. For more information, see Place Center Point Only.

Far Clipping Plane changes the location of the far clipping plane of the view cone. For more information, see Place Far Clipping Plane.

Near Clipping Plane changes the location of the near clipping plane of the view cone. For more information, see Place Near Clipping Plane.

Zoom In decreases the viewing area by the current zoom factor, which causes everything within the view to appear larger. For more information, see Zoom In.

Zoom Out increases the viewing area by the current zoom factor, which causes everything within the view to appear smaller. For more information, see Zoom Out.

Full Screen maximizes the current view layout across a single monitor or to the virtual desktop extent across multiple monitors. For more information, see Full Screen Command.

View Settings modifies settings in the Main view. For more information, see View Settings Dialog Box.

Save and Recall Views defines the animation path for a movie or saves the current view displayed in the Main, Plan, and Elevation views. For more information, see Save and Recall Views.

Snapshot View creates an image file (or snapshot file) of the current Main view or screen. For more information, see Take a Snapshot.
