Categories
Displays categories of commands, organized by menu name or by type. You can click a category to change the list of commands in the Commands box.
Commands
Displays a list of commands from the selected category. Select a command and drag it to a toolbar or menu. If the command has a button, the software places the button in the toolbar. Otherwise, the command name displays in the toolbar.

Describes the selected command.
