File > Load Vue Files

Loads or unloads .vue files contained in the current .svf project to memory. To add files to the project list, use the Add Vue Files command. For more information, see Add VUE Files.

The Load Vue Files command automatically runs whenever an .svf project is opened and can be run any time thereafter. Selected files in the list are loaded to memory for the current work session and displayed in the Project Manager file list. Smart Review allows you to create .svf projects with more .vue files than can fit within available memory. However, only the selected .vue files that can fit within the available memory are loaded. Memory and Total in the Load Vue Files dialog box allow you to see approximately when you have reached the memory limit. You can then select and clear files that fit within the available system memory.

  1. Open the .svf project file.

Smart Review displays the Load Vue Files dialog box. All files making up the SVF file are listed.

For more information on the dialog box options, see Load VUE Files Dialog Box.

  • You can move the columns around to change the display order. For example, you can drag the Main View column to the far left side so that you can first see the .vue files associated or in the current location you have on your Main view.

  • Double-click on each column heading to change the sort order.

  1. Select the files to load. Use the Select All command, or the SHIFT+ or CTRL+ keys to select multiple files. Use Memory and Total as guidelines in selecting the correct amount or number of files that can be loaded. A negative value in Memory indicates that not all the selected files can be loaded.

  2. Click OK when you have finished.

Because Memory is an estimated value, you still may not be able to load selected files, even if the value shows that there is enough available memory. If Smart Review is not able to load the selected files, a message displays indicating this. You can click Yes to return to the Load Vue Files dialog box and change your file selections, or click No to continue with Smart Review loading as many files as possible.
