  1. Tap Search .

Search displays beside the navigation pane.

Tap Filter and then select the project file containing the graphics to include in the search. Tap Filter again at any time to turn filtering off.

  2. To define the text search criteria, you can:

    • Enclose the search criteria in quotation marks to find only objects that exactly match the search criteria.

    • Filter results by searching for a specific property label: [property label] = [value].
For example, a search for the word "column" in all label properties can be filtered to limit the search to only the "Name" label property: for example, name = "column".

    • Enter the search criteria value or part of the value.

If you have an object selected in the property card similar to the one you require for the search, you can select a property value, and then copy and paste that value as the search criteria.

  3. Press ENTER to start the search. Use ESC or click an object in the Main view to stop any search in progress.

The software displays a list of objects matching the search criteria, and the Main view changes to fit all listed objects. You can enable or change your filter, and then press ENTER for a new search.

  4. Select an object or use CTRL+click or SHIFT+click to select multiple items in the Search list; the corresponding graphic objects are selected in the Main view. You can also use the UP and DOWN keyboard arrows to change selections.

When you select one or more search list items, the software changes the Main view to fit all selected objects. You can view the properties of a selected object. When multiple objects are selected, the software displays the properties of the last-selected item.

  5. To start a new search, delete the current text criteria, and then enter new search text. The software maintains the search results until you define a new search.

  6. To exit Search, tap the Back arrow .
