The j5 Standing Orders application manages the delivery of important operational communications and the tracking of their individual acknowledgements.
Standing orders can be targeted at one or multiple user groups. When a standing order is active, each user in the targeted group needs to acknowledge that they’ve received and understood the information within the required schedule. These acknowledgements are saved for tracking and auditing purposes. At the end of a shift, standing orders and their acknowledgement totals are recorded in the shift handover entry’s Standing Orders sublog, and can be imported directly into the shift report.
