The j5 Shift Handover application assists the transfer of responsibility and the communication of key information at shift end. The application collates all the captured events, work, and other records relevant to the shift into a standardized format. Information is manually entered or automatically generated by the system.
Information from multiple sources is collated into the shift report over the course of the shift. The outgoing and incoming shift crews review and approve the shift report during the shift handover. When the shift handover is complete, the shift report PDF can be sent to stakeholders like the corporate team and plant manager.
