By default, a user’s permissions are determined by their assigned user rights group. The following tables describe the user permissions as they are in the default j5 installation. These permission settings can be customized to best suit an organization’s needs, therefore they may not reflect the permissions of your organization accurately if roles have been customized.
For each of the following tables, the user rights groups are displayed in the column on the far left and the j5 application permissions are displayed in the top row. The permission terms are described below:
All - Users have this permission for all entries.
Area - Users have this permission for all entries in their assigned area.
None - Users have no access to this function.
