To open the j5 Work Planning module, click Operations in the navigation bar and select Work Planning in the list. The Work Planning list view opens with all the Released and Preparing work plans and templates.
To display specific work plans, select a filter from the Current Plans option list. To display the templates, click Templates.
The Action column displays the action buttons. Here you can Release Work, Disable Work, or use a template. Released work plans become work instructions in the Work Instructions module. These actions buttons are explained in more detail in the next few sections.
