Click Integration > XI20 Smart 3D > XI2040 Smart 3D Import.

Click Specifications.
You must setup Smart 3D import configurations (if you do not have an existing import configuration) to proceed with map or import operation.For more information, see Load PipingMaterialClassData worksheet.

Drag a spec from Staging Area (Smart 3D Data) to the spec type or the spec you want to map in the Project / Product Group in Smart Reference Data.
If the spec does not exist in Smart Reference Data, the software prompts you to create a new spec on-the-fly.

Click to view all the possible mapping options for a spec code, from Smart 3D to Smart Reference Data.
You must map at least one spec manually, to be able to use AutoMap option.

Double click the spec you want to map.

Select the Map check-box against the spec you want to map, based on the following recommendations:
Color Legend |
Description |

Green |
Data suggested by the software which is yet to be created in Smart Reference Data. |
Yellow |
Data already exists in Smart Reference Data. |
Red |
Error due to a validation failure in the background. Hover over the cell to know the error details. |
Grey |
Already imported and cannot be edited. |

Smart Reference Data details corresponding to Service limits, SpecFillter rule, and Other Spec Rule cannot be edited.

You can create a geometric on-the-fly for Schedules and Service limits using the following procedure:

Click to create a geometric.

Enter Geometric Name, Short Description, Description, Table Name, Standard Code, Ctrl, Code, CREATED_BY, and A_NUMBER.

Click Save.

Click Save in the Specification Map Details window.
