  1. Click Administration > XA70 Documents.

  2. With the grid in read-only mode, right-click a row with an attached file, and select Open on the shortcut menu.

    The file is displayed in the default application for the file type.

SHARED Tip You can also double-click anywhere in a row with an attached file (and the grid in read-only mode), and the file will open in the default application.
