Display Sets > Reset Position

Project Manager > Display Set > Reset Position

Resets all display set move and rotate positioning such as move origin, rotate origin, move delta, and rotate delta information back to the default positions.

The reset position operation cannot be undone. When you reset the display set position, all previous positions are removed. If you want to be able to switch back and forth between moved and original positions, use the Display Sets > Move command toggle. For more information, see Switch Display Set Positions.

  1. Select a single display set in either the Main view or in the Project Manager.
    -or-
    You can select multiple displays sets in the Project Manager by using CTRL+ keys in the Project Manager list view, or by selecting either the Display Sets node or a specific display set folder in the Project Manager tree view.

  2. Click Display Sets > Reset Position.
    -or-
    From the Project Manager, right-click to open the shortcut, and then click Reset Position.

    This command can also be accessed from the following locations:

    • Menu: Display Sets > Reset Position

    • Animation Toolbar: View > Toolbars > Animation

      Smart Review displays a confirmation message.

  3. Click OK to confirm the reset operation.

    Smart Review performs the following:

  • Resets move delta values to zeros.

  • Resets move reference origin to base center point of the original display set range.

  • Resets angle delta values to zeros.

  • Resets rotate reference point to the center of the original display set range.

  • Turns off the Move indicator on the Display set icon.
