Activate
Changes the Main view and view settings to those associated with the currently-active comment. If you have the Text window open, the text for the comment displays in that window. For more information, see Activate Comment Display.
Next
Moves to the comment number following the active comment. If the active comment number is the highest-numbered comment in the list, the next comment number is the lowest-numbered comment in the list. For more information, see View Next Comment.
Previous
Moves to the comment number preceding the active comment. If the active comment number is the lowest-numbered comment in the list, the previous comment number is the highest-numbered comment in the list. For more information, see View Previous Comment.
Delete
Deletes a single comment by specifying the comment number. When you delete a comment, the comment number is removed from use and is not reassigned to a new comment. For more information, see Delete Comments.
Select Columns
Allows you to select which columns to display in the Comment Reviewer grid. By default, the comment number and Text columns display. For more information, see Select Comments Reviewer Columns.
Report
Allows you to create an external .rtf or .txt file containing comment information. For more information, see Create a Comments Report.
