Log on to Okta Authorization as an administrator.

In the Administration page, click Users > People > Add Person.

Enter the details of the user in the Add Person dialog box to create a new user.
Create a new user in SDx using the same user name as the user in Okta.

Log on to Okta Authorization as an administrator.

In the Administration page, select the Users tab, and click Groups.

Click Add Group, and enter the group details in the Name and Group Description boxes.

Select Users > Groups, and select the group into which you want to add the users.

Select Manage People and select the new user to be added. Click Save.
