The following steps illustrate the workflow for sharing a document that needs an initial revision.
Unlike continuous sharing for design review, sharing a revisable document is initiated
using the Share command from the authoring tool.

Click Integration > Share. For more information, see Share a revisable document or drawing.

Select documents to share from the Share dialog box, and click OK.

On the New Revision Required dialog box, select the new documents that you want to revise.

Click Yes to revise the new document.

Select a revision scheme with which to revise the new document on the Revise dialog box. For more information on revising documents, see Revising a document.

Click OK.

Click OK on the Share dialog box to complete the sharing process.
