This project default controls whether a file with the same name can be uploaded to a physical share. If ZX_DOC_OVW is set to Y (this is the default), a file with the same name can be uploaded and will overwrite the existing file, regardless of user who uploads the file. If ZX_DOC_OVW is set to N, only the user who uploaded the file can overwrite it.
