On the Alerts with Users tab of the A.60.11 Early Warning Setup screen, you can assign users to early warning queries. All users assigned to the query receive the same message.
In the first (Early Warning Alerts) block, the pre-defined early warning queries are displayed with the name in the Alert Code field, the description in the Alert Description field, and the message definition in the Message Returned field.
In the second (Early Warning Alert Users) block, you assign users to the selected early warning query. You can use the LOV in the First Name field to select a valid user. All users defined on the A.20.05 Users screen with a valid e-mail address are available for selection. The Last Name and User fields are automatically populated from the selected user.
The Active check box is automatically selected. To exclude a user from the alert, clear the check box.
You can click the Start Alert button to execute the selected query immediately. The query generates the messages on the A.60.12 screen and sends the messages to the users via e-mail.
