Copy preliminary package data from planned requisition to engineering requisition, and then engineering requisition to agreement.

When approving an agreement, preliminary package data can be taken over from the associated planned requisitions to engineering requisitions and then to the agreement (provided you are working with extended expediting and the agreement to be approved is a Purchase Order or Notice of Commitment).

If this project default ZP_COPYPPL is set to Y (default), PPL data is copied.

If the project default is set to N, PPL data is not copied from requisition to agreement.
