Reference data options control the look and feel of the product and controls much of the data used throughout the life of a project. See the Smart P&ID Options Manager Help.
Use Smart P&ID Options Manager to define how you want particular P&ID items to appear in drawings by selecting colors, line styles, gapping styles, and heat tracing styles for the project.

Select Start > Programs > Smart P&ID > Options Manager.

Define the symbology, gapping, heat tracing, formatting, and distances as needed.

Select Settings.

Verify that all \\node\share entries are set to the shares defined during reference data installation.

Select File > Save.
