The following applies if you are using a version of the software before Update 33 and SmartPlant Markup Plus Server 2019 SP 1 or earlier. For the latest information, see File viewing problems.
When upgrading to SmartPlant Markup Plus Service Pack 1, you must enable log collection using heartbeat.txt files. Heartbeat.txt files are written to the dlcache folder when a file is processed by the Brava! Job Processor. The dlcache folder location is set by the local.displaylist.cache.root property in the server.properties file.

Log on to the SmartPlant Markup Plus server as an administrator.

Open the server.properties file delivered to the Brava! Server folder using a text editor like Notepad.

Turn logging on by removing # from publish.heartbeat=on.

Save changes to the file.
