means the Client can connect to the service or keystore.

A red exclamation point
means the Client cannot connect to the service or keystore. This could mean the service is unavailable or the request timed out.

If a service or keystore is showing
, contact your license administrator.

You can pause the mouse over the icons to see a more detailed message.

Select the red exclamation point
to copy the message, and in the case of an error, go to Help.
