Manager. You must upgrade to Intergraph Smart Licensing. For more information, see

Yes, whether a computer uses SmartPlant License Manager or Smart Licensing is determined by the license client software installed on it. If a computer has been moved to Smart Licensing (in other words, if the Smart Licensing client software is installed), you can uninstall the Smart Licensing Client software and reinstall the SmartPlant License Manager Client software to enable the computer to communicate with SmartPlant License Manager for licenses of the Hexagon software product.
However, if the Hexagon software you are accessing is a version released after May 1, 2019, Smart Licensing is required.
