On the Home page, click Subcontracts and then select the appropriate Agreement Number.

Click Progress and Payment > Closeout Checklists from the left navigation menu. The available closeout items defined by the contractor are displayed.
For example, you can find checklists of deliverables with dates and sign-off for
each deliverable.
