Specify your company's materials and services portfolio - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

On the Materials and Services page, define which materials or services your company can supply.

1. Select My Account > Materials and Services from the menu.

2. Select a material or service in All Materials and Services list on the left side of the page.

   To search for a material or service, type the search string in the All Materials and Services box, and click Search .

3. Click Move to add the material or service to My Materials and Services.

   

   • Press CTRL or SHIFT key to select and add multiple materials or services.

   • Click Move All to add all available materials and services to My Materials and Services.

4. Click Save.

   indicates that you have added a material or service to My Materials and Services, but the approval is pending. Hovering over the icon shows the modification date.

   indicates that you have added a material or service to My Materials and Services, but it was rejected. Hovering over the icon shows the rejection date and a comment.

5. To remove, select a material or service in My Materials and Services list and click Remove .

   

   • Press the CTRL or SHIFT key to select multiple materials or services and remove them.

   • Click Remove All to remove all materials and services from the list.

6. Click Save.

   indicates that you have removed the material or service from My Materials and Services, but the approval is pending. Hovering over the icon shows the status. The material or service will finally be removed from the list on acceptance by the contractor.
