Click Add Question.
The From box is populated with your user account name by default.

If another name should be assigned, click From and select the name.

Optionally, type your phone number in the Telephone Number box.

Optionally, click Required Date and select the date until when the answer is required.

Type your question in the Question box.

If you want to attach a file to the question, do the following:

Click Add Attachments.

Select the file(s) you want to attach.

Click Open.

To view an attached file, click the filename.

To delete an attachment before you submit, click next to the filename.

Click Send.
