On the Home page, click Subcontracts and then select the appropriate Agreement Number.

Click Project Log > Request for Information from the left navigation menu.

Click Add RFI to create a new request for information.

Type the RFI subject in the Subject cell.

Optionally, click Priority to assign a priority to the RFI.

To cancel the new RFI, click Cancel and select Don't Save.

The highlighted envelope indicates that the RFI was read and answered by the contractor. The grey envelope means the RFI has not been answered yet.
