With field work directives (FWD), the contractor instructs the subcontractor to do some work. FWDs are usually created based on change order requests (CORs), but they can also be created without any relation to a COR.

On the Home page, click Subcontracts and then select the appropriate Agreement Number.

Click Change Management – Field Work Directives on the left navigation menu.

Select the FWD number on the left panel.
The FWD details appear on the right panel.

If files are attached, click the filename to view the file.

Click Accept.

Acknowledge the displayed message with Yes.
The highest revision of the field work directives is displayed. If you want to view
a lower revision, select the revision from the drop-down list in the upper right corner.
