There might be times, when as a supplier you need to specify the truck characteristics for a PPL or packing list. You can define the truck characteristics at a high level, or you can even specify the details of the truck for a packing list.

On the Header Details page, Select Packing List Level from the Provide Truck Characteristics at list. This step is not required for a PPL.

Click Manage Truck Characteristics.
If you select package from from the Provide Truck Characteristics at list, then you can only view the truck characteristics for a packing list.

If you want to define the truck characteristics at a high level, click Add Row and enter Quantity and Truck Type.

If you want to mention the actual truck details, then click Specify Trucks, and enter the Truck Number and the Truck Type.
