To view the Change Register report, perform any of the following actions.

View the report in the Changes screen:

Navigate to Changes > Changes.

Click the Reports tab.

Click the Change Register hyperlink. A dialog box appears with a title Project Change Register.

Click the Project ellipsis to select the required project. By default, the last selected project appears.

Click the Run button. The preview of the report appears.
