Delete Alternate Structure - EcoSys - 2.03 - Help - Hexagon PPM

This procedure allows you to delete the selected project-specific alternate structure and is intended for use when a structure has been made by accident and is not in use. For this process to function properly, any elements must first be deleted in the Alternate Structure tab.

1. Navigate to Projects > Alternate Structures.

2. Click the Actions list and select Delete Alternate Structure.

   

   The Delete Alternate Structure dialog box appears.

   

3. Click the Project ellipsis to select the required project. By default, the last selected portfolio appears.

   The Project displayed in the green parameter bar at the top of the screen is the only project available for selection in the Delete Alternate Structure dialog box.

4. Click the Alternate Structure ellipsis to select the required project.

5. Click the Run button. The Delete Alternate Structure confirmation dialog box appears.

   

6. Click the OK button.

   An alternate structure cannot be deleted if it is associated with a project structure.
