Select the Everything scope or the matching scope for the form type.

Right-click the connection node (the forms will be available in all the areas) or right-click an area node (the forms will be available in that area and its child areas) and select Import.
If you import the forms using Import as subfolder, the forms won't appear on your j5 System when made live.

Navigate to the downloaded template zip files and select Open. The zip files appear below the node you right-clicked in step 2.

Only one zip file can be imported at a time.

If you right-click an area node in the j5 IndustraForm Designer and select Configure [form type] for Category, a generic form design for that form type will appear in the IndustraForm template. The template design won't be the specific template for that category. To get the category specific templates, Download the sample IndustraForm templates and import the templates as described above.
