A Risk Assessment section appears on the permit and isolation form templates. This section allows you to calculate the risk score, select the hazards and their associated controls, and the PPE required for the planned work.
The risk assessment can be on a Basic risk assessment level or on an Escalated risk assessment level, depending on the nature of the planned work.
The hazards, controls and PPE items used in the Risk Assessment section are configured on the j5 Web Client (refer to Risk assessment configuration for more information).
The risk matrix, the calculation method for the final risk score, and the lead role responsible for performing the assessment are configured in the j5 IndustraForm Designer (refer to Edit risk assessment details for more information).
