Certificates - Link to a permit - j5 - 30 - Help - Hexagon

Existing certificates can be linked to a new permit.

To link an existing certificate to a permit:

1. Open the permit and then select the Certificates sublog.

2. Click Link . The Select window appears with all the relevant certificates available.

3. If required, filter the displayed certificates with the Area and Date filters, or search for the certificates in the search box.

4. Click to link the certificate to the permit or to unlink the certificate from the permit. Multiple certificates can be linked to the permit.

5. Click Save. The selected certificates appear in the Certificates sublog.
