The Risk Assessment section is edited in the j5 IndustraForm Designer. Unlike a normal IndustraForm section, the individual cells in this section can’t be edited. All of the elements used in the section are contained within the risk assessment section type.
To edit to the risk assessment type in your form:

Select the risk assessment section in the template.

On the Section tab, navigate to the Risk Assessment Config subsection.
The risk assessment section type is only available as a top-level section.
Residual Scoring Level
Select Hazard or Control.
When Hazard is selected then the a residual score per hazard is used. When Control is selected then the a residual score for each control is used.
Hazard Rollup Method
Select the rollup method, SUM, AVERAGE or MAXIMUM. This determines the method used to calculate the final risk score when the Residual Risk Scoring Level is Hazard and there are multiple hazards assessed.
Controls Rollup Method
Select the rollup method, MINIMUM, AVERAGE or MAXIMUM. This determines the method used to calculate the final risk score when the Residual Risk Scoring Level is Control and there are multiple controls assessed.
Matrix Name
Select the risk matrix to use. Options are only available if custom matrices have been configured.
Risk Assessment Lead Role
Select the risk assessment lead role. User with the selected role will be able to complete escalated risk assessments.
ALARP title
Change the title of the ALARP declaration. For example, Confirmation.
By default the template uses ALARP (as low as reasonably practicable) as the title
of the confirmation that a correct risk assessment has been done. If your regulatory
environment uses different terminology, you can change it here.
ALARP text
Edit the ALARP declaration so that it aligns with your regulatory environment.
