All the permits are displayed in the Permits module. Here you can see a summary of each permit. Each row displays the identification number (for example, HW215), type, area, equipment required, start and end date, description, and status of each permit.
The Start Date and End Date displayed in the list view depends on the state of the permit.

If the permit is in the Drafting or Requested state, the start and end dates are the Planned start and end dates.

If the permit is in the Approved state or any of the later states, the start and end dates are the Validity start and end dates.
Permits in the Drafting state can be deleted

Permits in all states can be copied 
. When a permit is copied, the general drafting information (except for the planned
start and end dates, and the risk analysis) and the role assessments (except for the
risk assessment lead) are copied to the new permit. Additionally, the drafting information
of the associated forms in its sublogs are also copied and displayed in their relevant
sublogs.
The information copied to the new permit is governed by the carry-over setting on
the IndustraForm template. If you want to adjust what information is copied, edit
the carry-over settings on the form in the j5 IndustraForm Designer.
