Specifies the primary equipment used to join the elements of the assembly. The list
contains all available build equipment as defined in the reference data. Examples
of build equipment include jig floors and bending equipment. Build equipment can be
changed at the assembly element level by clicking Sequence Form 
on the Sequence ribbon.See Sequence.
